We are God's Partners
Everything we own and earn belongs to God. We are simply stewards. Any giving is simply returning to God what is already His. How we should give, how much we should give, and examples of giving in the Old and New Testament are reviewed in this message.
There’s one more thing that God has given us as part of our partnership: money. God also expects us to be partners with our money money. Giving signifies a partnership.
We are God’s partners. He wants us to think and act like partners. He also equips us and today we will talk more about this. How do we figure out where God wants us to serve? Sometimes, there are too many needs and we are spread thin. Just because there is a need does not mean that God wants us to work there. How do we figure out where we fit?
We can contribute to something bigger than ourselves when we realized that we are partners with God. We must think like partners, act like partners, and finally recognize God’s provision for partnership.
We have a big life as partners of God. God has given us special gifts to use to advance his kingdom, for his purposes and not just our own. Everyone is important. What a privilege we have to be God’s partner; there is much to experience and enjoy. At the end of your life, we want you to hear “well done, good and faithful servant.”
