In 1 Peter 5:1-5, If Christ is the model for all Christians who faces suffering, the leaders among them must be the best representatives of that model. This shows how elders and younger people are urged to honor God in the way they behave in everything they do. Church or Workplace Leaders should be willing, eagerly shepherds, not greedy for money, not lording or dominating over others for selfish gain, and most specially leading by example and knowing that we have a Chief Shepherd in Christ Jesus. In everyone, there should be a spirit of submission and humility that clothes all. As God resists proud people. He gives humble people His grace.
